History

EK Industrial Tools was founded in 1995 by four former employees of Hans Schroeder A/S and now Flemming Andreasen, who was one of the four founders back in 1995, solely owns the company.
The company has managed to constantly expand its product line and EKI today represents some of the world's largest manufactors within the tool industry.
